Several non-compliance issues are described in this document, some recurring across multiple pages:

1.1 Does each information-bearing image have a text alternative?

1.3 For each information-bearing image with a text alternative, is the alternative relevant (except in special cases)?

2.1 Does each frame have a frame title?

2.2 For each pre-recorded timed media item (audio only or video only), is an alternative available (except in specific cases)?

3.2 On each web page, is the color contrast between the text and its background sufficiently high (except in specific cases)?

3.3 On each web page, are the colors used in interface components or graphic elements conveying information sufficiently contrasted (except in specific cases)?

6.1 Is each link self-explanatory (except in specific cases)?

6.2 On each web page, does each link, with the exception of anchors, have a label?

7.1 Is each script, where necessary, compatible with assistive technologies?

7.3 Is each script controllable by keyboard and any pointing device (except in specific cases)?

8.3 For each set of pages, are the menu and navigation bar always in the same place (except in specific cases)?

8.5 On each web page, does each area receiving user input have a label?

8.6 On each web page, is each label associated with a form field relevant?

8.7 On each web page, is each language change indicated in the source code (except in special cases)?

8.9 On each web page, are tags used only for presentation purposes? Is this rule respected?

9.2 On each web page, does the information remain understandable when stylesheets are disabled?

9.3 On each web page, is each list properly structured?

10.1 On the website, are style sheets used to control the presentation of information?

11.13 In each form, are the error and input help messages relevant?

12.9 In each web page, can hidden content be bypassed by assistive technologies?

12.11 In each web page, can additional content displayed on hover, focus, or activation of an interface component be accessed, read, and kept visible?

The following third-party content was exempted from the audit as it was neither funded nor developed by the organization:

• The Google Maps map
• All downloadable documents (PDF). These documents will be analyzed for compliance with accessibility requirements during the next audit.
