On 22nd March our teams organised a Supplier Day. Nearly 200 persons met in Nantes for the presentation of the company’s strategic policies.
Our purchasing team highlighted its expectations and objectives evoking the main principles of the LACROIX 2020 Supplier Plan.
The Electronics activity of LACROIX is ranked 9th amongst European EMS. During this day we demonstrated our new purchasing power and our intention to continue this growth.
At the centre of our AMBITION 2020 plan the development policies cited were the market for industrial connected objects and Industry 4.0. Our comprehensive offer starts with the design and development of electronics products and finishes with the after-sales service for the finished product : this is also a priority axis for our development. Stéphane Klajzyngier, Managing Director of the Electronics activity of LACROIX stressed the major role of suppliers in this move towards the future.
To sustain this growth, we stressed the importance of sustainable partnerships with our suppliers.
Dominique Chanteau closed this event by awarding 5 distinctions to the most efficient suppliers in the following categories:
« Amongst the qualities we look for in our partners, the 5 following pillars are essential: Flexibility, Reliability, Speed, Competitiveness and Capacity for innovation. Of course, what we require of our suppliers reflects the promises we make to our customers »
