The theme of well-being at work is now more relevant than ever. At LACROIX Electronics’, we are developing a Human Resources policy aimed at improving the quality of life at work and promoting the professional development of our employees.
Kwidzyn, our Polish largest production plant, is the first to roll out the new policy. The site has launched numerous actions to develop a sense of belonging, promote a positive working environment and good working conditions, offer prospects for development and give meaning to the everyday work of its teams.

Thanks to the La Karta programme rolled out with local partners, employees can benefit from numerous discounts (restaurant, shop, hairdressing salon, florist, jewellery shop, language lessons, etc.).
During their break, employees have the opportunity to spend time in relaxation areas with an electronic library (ebooks) and sports areas including, in particular, exercise bicycles at their disposal. Throughout the year, numerous internal events are organised: Christmas party, Carnival, LACROIX factory game, canoeing trip… there are plenty of opportunities for employees to get together and grow as a team!
