Being part of the Electronics activity of LACROIX for more than 10 years, our German production site, in Willich near Düsseldorf, he has nearly 35 years of experience as an EMS. Thanks to their expertise our teams carry out the electronic subcontracting of high-quality, sustainable technological equipment.

A comprehensive offering, from the development to the production of electronic assemblies

Our expertise extends beyond that of an EMS to include the development, the industrialisation, the integration and the obsolescence management of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies. These skills allow us to meet our clients’ requirements, clients who themselves are experts in markets such as Industrial, Avionics and Defence, Home & building automation and Medical.

Our design center in Germany permits us to start a project from the moment the client has conceived it. We capitalise on our specific skills in Hardware, Software and mechatronic integration to offer them a reliable and competitive solution.

By applying our design for eXcellence (Dfx) skill we can also optimise the industrialisation of your projects post conceptualisation. We test the quality of the product in parallel through customised solutions.

We maintain a partnership with our clients over the long term by also aiding them to prolong their product’s life cycle. We achieve this by combining our engineering office’s expertise with that of our supply chain, to anticipate the obsolescence of a product and its components and to be able to propose a complete or partial redesign where necessary.

Our German plant offers the flexibility and adaptability of a small EMS, combined with the capacity and strength of a large organisation. We work closely with our colleagues from other sites to always guarantee the best quality of service. Run by nearly 140 qualified employees, our 7,000 m2 German factory is equipped with 2 SMD lines. Its facilities allow us to master complex projects with high level requirements for medium or moderate volumes.

With our in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and excellent quality management, we provide our customers with customised production through our expertise in:

Our German production site has its own IPC certified training centre. We constantly monitor the progress of our employees’ skills and enable them to develop through additional training.
