Recruitment procedure

The recruitement of our future collaborators follows a four stage procedure :

1  The HR department commits itself to study thoroughly and confidentially all applications.

 

2 Your application, if selected, will be scrutinized in an interview with Human Resources Team and managers who will evaluate your skills.

 

3 This decision is based on a collective consensus. If evaluated positively, a confidential proposition is formalized.

 

4 For LACROIX Electronics it is important to setup a personalized integration program that will favor the start of work under the best conditions.
