Historique

1971:

Creation of the company in Rennes, France offering traditional electronics sub-contracting services and also development services in its plant.

1988:

Acquisition of the circuit board production site in Saint Pierre Montlimart (Nantes), France.

1997:

LACROIX Electronics launches the first circuit board production on the Kwidzyn site in Poland.

2005:

The LACROIX Electronics site is built in Zriba, Tunisia to offer a low-cost EMS package with a Time to Volume strategy.

2008:

LACROIX Electronics buys PrehTronics GmbH in Willich (Düsseldorf), Germany, which has a design and manufacturing organisation.
Also acquires the Tharsys design centre in Toulouse.
Development of the EDMS offer to incorporate circuit board design. Creation of the subsidiary, LACROIX Electronics Solutions.

2011:

Creation of a joint organisation between TELNET in Tunisia and LACROIX Electronics Solutions.
LACROIX Electronics Solutions acquires the T.E.S. design centres in France at Bruz, Quimper and Grenoble.

2013:

An expansion of the Polish plant is realised, thus increasing the overall manufacturing area to 12000 sq.m.

2014 :

LACROIX Electronics and AUSY create a joint venture dedicated to an "end-to-end" offer (from Design to Manufacturing) in the electronics industry. 

2015:

The production accreditation PART 21 G is delivered to LACROIX Electronics’ French Saint-Pierre-Montlimart site.
Stéphane Klajzyngier is appointed Managing Director of LACROIX Electronics.
 

2016:

The French plant of LACROIX Electronics is rewarded “Smart Industry showcase” by the French Minister of Industry for its project of modernization and transformation.
LACROIX Electronics launch his partnership program.
